Not going to lie - Today was spendy

April 12th, 2006 at 09:39 pm

Okay I started off good but went downhill.

1. $2.09 drinks and cheese

2. $11.50 McDonalds - should have ate at home.

3. 30.22 - Basketball for my son. Some dumb kids stole his ball. I am so sick of these kids. I figure give up the ball - buy a new one - instead of having to boys brawling on the playground. These are teenage boys not little kids. Also got a DVD and soda.

4.3.25 smokes. I have to quit this nasty habit.

Yes you should quit! You will be amazed at the change in your life! You feel better and you don't stink! Really made a difference to my kids!

I know quitting cigs is hard to do. I smoked for years, but when I did quit I just quit. Cold turkey for me. That may not be for everyone. I finally got to the point where I was sick of the cost, the taste, the smell, and the shortness of breath, esp. when I took up bike riding. If me and my other half still smoked, on our fixed income, we would be broke beyond broke every month.

I so hope you can quit. Best wishes from MO.

Smoking is a nasty habit that can affect (sicken or kill) your whole family. It's expensive too. Take steps to end it now.
